It isn’t easy to take the plunge and begin a journey with therapy; a journey with me. But it might help you to know that I was you 9 years ago. That day, I too took a risk, filled with anxiety and insecurities, and I sat in a chair with a woman I never met before, but week after week, month after month, I became whole again and I guarantee you, that I haven’t looked back since.

YOU are the expert of YOUR life. Nor I, or any other therapist can know more than you about your life, nor can we know what’s best for you. Only you know this, even though it may not always feel that way. You might be feeling a little overwhelmed, or a little lost, possibly angry, or helpless, maybe even in pain, so you may not realise this. My aim, would be to help you sit with these feelings, however overwhelming they may feel and create a safe space with you and for you, to begin the journey of self-discovery, that is therapy. . .
